2. Drive motor: Compared with the internal combustion engine used in traditional fuel vehicles, the motor is smaller, lighter and more efficient. According to different application scenarios and technical routes, there are many types of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and AC asynchronous motor (ACIM) to choose from in the market at present. In addition, the more integrated electric drive assembly has gradually become popular, which not only simplifies the structural design, but also improves the ride comfort of power output.

3. Charging pile and charging interface: It is very important to complete the charging operation quickly and conveniently to improve the user experience. Therefore, in addition to building more public charging piles, it is necessary to continuously improve the design of household portable chargers to meet the needs of different user groups. At the same time, the unified standard fast charging interface specification is also helpful to promote cross-brand interconnection and further expand market share.

4. Thermal management components: Due to the complex and changeable working environment, how to effectively control the temperature in the battery pack has become an urgent problem to be solved. Advanced liquid-cooled/air-cooled radiator can take away excess heat in time to avoid safety accidents caused by overheating; The heating film can quickly heat up at low temperature to ensure sufficient power output when starting.

To sum up, new energy technology is profoundly changing the traditional pattern of automobile manufacturing industry. In the future, more innovative parts will be applied to actual products, thus achieving the goal of being more efficient, clean and safe.
