1. Structural support and protection: First of all, from the physical point of view, the battery pack needs a solid shell to fix the internal components and provide effective protection against external impact or collision. These housings are usually made of high-strength materials, such as aluminum alloy or carbon fiber composite materials, to ensure that the battery can be protected from damage even under extreme conditions. 2. Electrical connection and management: In addition to the mechanical part, there are a large number of electronic components involved, such as BMS(Battery Management System). BMS is responsible for monitoring the state of each battery cell (voltage, current, temperature, etc.) and implementing corresponding strategies to ensure the working efficiency and safety of the whole battery pack. For example, when a single battery is detected to be abnormal, it can immediately cut off the connection between the unit and other parts to prevent the fault from spreading; At the same time, it can also prolong the overall service life by means of balanced charging.

3. Thermal management: An efficient thermal management system is very important to maintain the best working state of the battery. This involves the application of coolant circulation devices, fans and various sensors. Reasonable design can effectively take heat away from the heating area and maintain a suitable operating environment, thus improving the charging and discharging rate, increasing the cruising range and reducing the aging speed.

4. Selection of lightweight materials: In order to improve the overall efficiency of electric vehicles, reducing the body weight has become one of the goals pursued by manufacturers. Therefore, when choosing the materials used to manufacture the battery box and its bracket, we tend to use new alloys or composite materials with low density but sufficient strength, which not only helps to reduce energy consumption, but also indirectly improves the dynamic performance of the vehicle.
