In the highly competitive automobile market, improving customer satisfaction has become one of the core goals pursued by major automobile companies. As the basic unit of a car, the quality of parts is directly related to the performance, safety and comfort of the whole car, and then profoundly affects consumers' goodwill and loyalty to the brand. In order to explore this field in depth, we carried out a special investigation on "the influence of parts in automobile manufacturing on customer satisfaction"
I. Research background and purpose
Consumers' demands are increasingly diversified and personalized. They are no longer just satisfied with the realization of the basic functions of vehicles, but pay more attention to the detailed experience of products. And these nuances are often reflected in various parts. Therefore, by analyzing how the parts with different quality levels affect the change process of perceived value of end users, it can provide important reference information for manufacturers, help them optimize supply chain management strategies, and improve product quality and service level.
Second, methodology
This survey adopts questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to collect data. The questionnaire was designed around product reliability, safety and convenience of operation, and more than 1,000 car owners were invited to fill it out. At the same time, select some typical cases to carry out face-to-face communication and get more intuitive and specific feedback. In addition, the data obtained were statistically processed by SPSS software to ensure the scientific and accurate results.
Third, the main findings
1. The quality of parts is one of the key factors to decide the car purchase decision. Nearly 70% of the respondents said that under the same price conditions, they would give priority to those brands that are famous for their high-quality spare parts.
2. Compared with external design, the importance of internal structure is obviously underestimated. Although the elegant design can attract the first attention, in the long run, products with strong durability and easy maintenance are more likely to win people's hearts.
3. Safety-related components are particularly sensitive. Such as brake system, airbag and other parts once there is a problem, it will greatly damage the brand image and cause serious consequences.
4. After-sales service can't be ignored. Good after-sales support can not only solve practical problems, but also enhance customers' sense of trust and belonging.
IV. Conclusions and suggestions
To sum up, the quality of parts occupies an extremely important position in the whole value chain of the automobile industry. Enterprises should start from the source, strictly control the access threshold of suppliers and implement total quality management; At the same time, it is also necessary to strengthen communication and interaction with consumers, keep abreast of their expectations, constantly adjust their own positioning and development direction, and strive to create high-quality and cost-effective travel solutions, so as to achieve sustainable development.
