Application of filtration system in automobile manufacturing

With the continuous development of science and technology and increasingly strict environmental protection laws and regulations, the modern automobile industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. 1. Air filter: As an important part of the engine air intake system, the air filter is mainly responsible for blocking all kinds of impurities (such as dust, sand, etc.) carried in the air to ensure that the air entering the combustion chamber is clean and pollution-free. 4. Air conditioning filter: The environmental quality in the car directly affects the health of drivers and passengers, so high-efficiency air conditioning filter is indispensable. It can filter out allergens such as bacteria, viruses, pollen, etc. in the outside air, and absorb some odor gases, creating a fresh and comfortable ride space for passengers.

5. Transmission oil filter: For automatic transmission vehicles, the function of transmission oil filter is to purify the gear oil that is recycled, eliminate the rust, dirt and other impurities caused by long-term use, maintain a good lubrication state and reduce the failure rate.

To sum up, reasonable selection and scientific arrangement of various filter devices in the whole automobile production process will not only help to enhance the comprehensive performance of the whole vehicle, but also significantly improve the driving experience of users.
